经济型铁素体不锈钢与耐候钢异种金属接头的耐蚀性能

T4003 and Q450NQR1, as well as Nirosta 4003 and Q450NQR1 dissimilar metal joints were welded by ER-309 welding wire. The microstructure oftheir base metal and joint were analyzed by metallographic approach. The corrosion resistance of base metal and joints was evaluated by salt fog and electrochemical corrosion tests. The results demonstrated that as far as the similar metal joints of Nirosta 4003 and T4003 was concerned, the corrosion resistance of welding line was much better than that of base metal. However, the corrosion resistance of heat affected zone (HAZ) became worse. In the case of dissimilar metal joints of Nirosta 4003 and Q450NQR1, as well as T4003 and Q450NQR1, the corrosion resistance of welding line was reduced. Under salt spray condition, the corrosion resistance of welding line and base metal of similar metal joints was comparative. However, the dissimilar metal joints of Nirosta 4003 and Q450NQR1, as well as T4003 and Q450NQR1 exhibited obvious corrosion. Especially, abundant corrosion pits were found near the side of Q450NQR1. Due to the different corrosion voltages of stainless steel, weathering steel, HAZ, and welding line, a series of micro-batteries were formed in the dissimilar metal joints, which worsened the corrosion of weathering steel.

Cu、Mn的协同作用对低合金钢在模拟海洋大气环境中腐蚀的影响

    用增重法、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、电子探针和X射线光电子能谱等手段研究了在模拟海洋大气干湿交替环境下16Mn钢和Cu-Mn耐候钢的腐蚀行为及CuMn共添加对低合金钢腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明:Cu-Mn耐候钢的腐蚀速率低于16Mn钢,其锈层更致密;两种钢的铁锈均由Fe3O4,α-FeOOH,β-FeOOH,γ-FeOOH和大量无定形相组成;添加Cu使Fe3O4含量增加,添加Mn使γ-FeOOH含量减少;CuCu-Mn耐候钢锈层中以CuFeO2存在;Mn在两种钢锈蚀初期以MnO存在,后期为Mn3O4.CuMn的协同作用使Cu-Mn耐候钢抗大气腐蚀性能优于16Mn.

暴露1年的耐大气腐蚀用钢表面锈层分析

测量了碳钢和耐候钢在上海地区大气中的腐蚀速率,分析测定了锈层的相组成以及合金 元素的分布.结果表明,腐蚀1年的碳钢表面锈层没有分层现象,且锈层中存在着较多的孔洞 和裂纹;耐候钢的表面锈层已经产生了明显的分层现象,内锈层主要有α-FeOOH和γ-FeOOH 构成,外锈层有γ-FeOOH和FeO构成.在内锈层中存在着裂纹,裂纹处产生了Cr元素的富集现 象.

碳钢和耐侯钢在北京城市大气环境中初期腐蚀行为

对碳钢和耐候钢在北京城市大气中的初期腐蚀行为进行了研究.主要采用金相、扫描电镜、X-射线衍射方法分析和探讨了初期腐蚀层形貌、腐蚀产物和合金元素的分布.结果表明:在腐蚀初期,耐候钢表面生成的锈层较碳钢致密,裂纹和孔洞相对较少;25?d后碳钢和耐候钢局部都出现了分层现象,腐蚀产物没有区别,差别主要是锈层中合金元素的作用.耐候钢锈层中有Cu、Cr合金元素的析出,聚集在裂纹处可抵御大气中水气及其有害离子的侵入,防止基体金属进一步腐蚀.

耐大气腐蚀钢及其腐蚀产物的研究概况

稀土对碳素钢在 0.3 mol/L NaCl 溶液中耐蚀性能的影响

采用EIS、SEM及XRD等方法研究了稀土钢、碳素钢在 0.3 mol/L NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为. 结果 表明, 稀土能够提高碳素钢的耐蚀性能, 与碳素钢相比, 稀土钢在溶液中生成的锈层较为致密, 锈层中具有 保护性作用的α-FeOOH含量较高, 而活性的γ--FeOOH和β--FeOOH含量较少. 分析了 交流阻抗等效电路中电化学参数随时间的演变规律, 对稀土提高碳素钢的耐蚀性机理进行了讨论.

碳钢和耐候钢的大气腐蚀

Abnormal relationship between rust particles size and rust layer compactness of weathering steels

In order to reveal evolution of the rust layer during atmospheric corrosion, commercial weathering steel (WS) 09CuPCrNi and a recently developed bainite WS were subjected to a salt fog test. The protection and compactness of the rust layer were evaluated by electrochemical analysis, absorption-desorption test, etc. The experimental results indicate that more compact rust layer could be derived from the rust particles with larger size. The well-established notion that the rust particle growth can induce the decrement of corrosion resistance of WS. However, the present investigation shows that the notion might not be universally accurate. The unusual result means that the rust particles might grow anisotropically during corrosion.

超低碳高强度耐候钢中析出相的电镜观察

通过对武钢开发的的耐大气腐蚀钢(WQ450GN)的力学性能和微观组织的检测和分析,结果表明:该材料力学性能优良;微观组织为细小的多边形铁素体+少量贝氏体组织,析出的第二相主要为细小稳定的(Ti,Nb) (C,N)和少量的ε-Cu,这些析出的第二相对材料性能提高起到至关重要的作用,其强化机制为细晶强化、析出强化及相变强化。

镍元素对高耐候钢大气腐蚀行为的影响

针对铁路高强耐候钢的特点,通过调整钢中的镍含量,研究了试验钢耐大气腐蚀的变化规律,结果表明:在低铬和低镍条件下,试验钢表面基体与内锈层之间存在裂纹现象,随着钢中镍含量的增加,表面锈层厚度呈减薄的趋势,且致密性增加;在曝晒初期试验钢表面锈层结构以γ-FeOOH为主;随着曝晒时间的延长,表面锈层产物组成中不仅含有γ-FeOOH相,而且还出现了α-Fe00H相;而且随着镍含量的升高,试验钢表面锈层中α-FeOOH和γ-FeOOH比值逐渐增大.
